Hi there! You have great goals for the week. I journal, and it is the reason for my success. Looks like you're getting lots of exercise in, that's my weakness, sigh.

Great goals! I find that writing these down, even if they seem obvious, really helps me focus.

Thanks for the comment and advice on my blog (I really hate blogger's commenting system, or should I say notification system). At the last 5k I did 20 minutes, then walked, then ran some more, and I felt I could have ran the whole thing if I tried. But you are right of course that I will always push harder at a 5K so I think I will try to run one mile at a time, walk a few and then run some more so I don't jump from 28 to 40 minutes that fast.

Good luck with your goals this week!

Thanks for checking out my blog and nice to meet you to. I'm going to add you to my list of favorites. You are right I do need to start measuring my body I think I would be more impressed with that than the scale.

Thanks for stopping by!

I really like the set up of your goals and could stand to do all of that myself! The running is fine but there are times that my right leg isn't quite so happy.

This morning is a weights class at the gym--it's the kind of thing I should be doing more of.

Lots of luck to you in your journey and I hope to "see" you again :)
