1.5 pt - 1 T. Ranch

1 pt- WW yogurt

Dinner:

4 pt - WW frozen dinner

0 pt - romaine lettuce

3 pt - 2 T. Ranch

1 pt - WW yogurt

Snack:

2.5 pt - 2 Hershey nuggets


Total Points consumed - 25
Water consumed - 64oz +
