My right wrist is pretty weak, even with months of strength training. And I do my crunches on a stability ball or the Bender Ball. Does that count??? ;-) <BR/><BR/>You are doing a great job. In fact the main concept of the program is a gradual progression, so even any improvement is better than nothing right? He sugge...My boyfriend and I are going to try this. He suggests just using the same scale for the crunches. Of course, you would do a separate fitness test for each and may start in a different column for crunches as you would for push ups.<BR/><BR/>So is this supposed to be full push ups? It turns out that my arms will not hold my body weight to do a full push up, but I can do about 8 girl push ups.
